Do you require meet & greets?
Yes, meet & greets are required for new clients to ensure we are adequately prepared to take care of your pet, meet & greets allow us to get to know each other, snuggle your furry friend, go over care instructions, etc. - the location of the meet & greet varies based on the service you require.
What is your availability?
We are almost always available and we accept last-minute bookings.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Pinellas & Hillsborough counties, and we charge an extra $2 each mile it takes to arrive to your home for any service.
Do you have experience with special needs pets?
We have experience with deaf, blind, senior, and handicapped dogs, however we are not certified and cannot safely administer medication.
Do you offer discounts for multiple pets?
Yes, we offer $10 off the base price of the service for each additional pet.
What are your payment terms?
As soon as you pay for the services you need before the date(s) you need our services by, then your pet is officially booked on our calendar.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, we do not offer refunds, however, we do understand that things happen, so the time and service you paid for will remain available for use at any time a year from the date of purchase.
What is the maximum amount of days you can house sit for?
We have no limit, in fact, we love longer house sits!
Can you pet sit/do drop-ins for my cat?
Yes, we are experienced and would love to watch cats of all ages and sizes.
Do you need my dog to be flea & tick treated?
We require every dog under our care to be flea & tick treated, and for you to let us know when the last time they got their treatment was.
Do you charge a same-day fee?
We do not charge any fee if you need last-minute help with your pets, however, to ensure that we have availability, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks out.
Will you send photo updates of my pet while I'm away?
Yes, we will send frequent cute photos, updates on how they're doing/if we see any concerning behavior, and how they're settling in all throughout their stay!
What information do you usually need from your clients before a house sit?
Whether or not your pet is neutered/spayed, what his/her breed is, if he/she has any aggression/behavioral issues, where you are located, if you've had any infestation (flea, bedbug, roach, mice, rats, etc.) within the past 2-3 months in your home, and anything else you need us to do/know about.
